Monsieur Lagerfeld's successor

I know this is not the best way to wake up, and that you may be thinking that Lagerfeld stands to Chanel like syrup stands to pancakes, but that's what the head designer and creative director told Numero magazine "I have a contract for life so it all depends on who I would like to hand it to, at the moment I'd say Haider Ackermann."
Ackermann, a Colombian designer who launched his namesake line in 2001, answered WWD "What can one possibly say to such a phrase?!" Ackermann told WWD. "Such a compliment! Honoured I feel, how can one not be?! In all honesty tremendously, immensely touched especially coming from Monsieur Lagerfeld."
So when time arises here's the heir of Monsieur Chanel... what do you think about?

So che questo non è esattamente il modo migliore per alzarsi, e che magari alcune di voi staranno pensando che Lagerfeld sta a Chanel come lo sciroppo d'acero ai pancakes, ma ecco cosa ha detto l'head designer e direttore creativo a Numero "Ho un contratto a vita quindi tutto dipende da chi sia la persona alla quale vorrò consegnarlo, al momento direi Haider Ackermann"
Ackermann, un designer colombiano he ha lanciato nel 2001 una linea che porta il suo nome, ha risposto a WWD "Cosa si potrebbe usare come espressione? E' un complimento! Mi sento onorato, come si potrebbe non esserlo? Sono in tutta onestà tremendamente, immensamente toccato specialmente dal momento che viene da Monsieur Lagerfeld "
